Welcome to the DDBG Rewards Points Program – our way of saying thank you for being part of the Diamond Dice Baseball community. This vintage-themed loyalty program lets you earn points on purchases and redeem them for exclusive rewards, all in the spirit of old-time baseball. The design carries a classic baseball vibe: think cream-colored parchment backgrounds, deep red and navy accents, and our signature logo featuring red & white dice on a baseball diamond. Whether you’re grabbing new team card decks or expanding your game set, we want to reward your love of the game.

How to Earn Points

• 1 Point per $1 Spent: You’ll earn 1 reward point for every $1 you spend on eligible purchases in the DDBG online store (excluding taxes and shipping). Just sign up with your email when you checkout so we can track your points. Your points will be automatically added to your account after each purchase.

• Account Sign-Up: Joining the program is free and easy. Simply create a DDBG store account with a valid email (or provide your email at checkout) to start earning. Make sure to use the same email for all orders – one account per person (one email per individual) is allowed to prevent point abuse .

• Tracking Your Points: You can view your points balance by logging into your DDBG account. Points typically appear in your balance within a short time after your purchase is completed.

• Bonus Opportunities: Keep an eye out for special promotions! Occasionally, we may offer bonus points on certain products or during special events (for example, a limited-time double points event). We’ll announce these on our website or social media.

• Exclusions: Note that purchases made using reward points (or other discounts) will not earn additional points on the discounted amount . In other words, you only earn points on the portion of a purchase you actually pay in currency – redeeming points for an item means you won’t get points for that free item. (For example, if you use points to get a free Team Deck, that free item won’t generate more points.)

Redeeming Your Reward Points

• When You Can Redeem: As soon as you have enough points for a reward item, you’re eligible to redeem. There’s no waiting period – the points in your balance are ready to use!

• How to Redeem: Browse the Point Redemption Rewards available (see the table below for current options and their “price” in points). Currently, the primary rewards are free Team Decks – sets of player cards you can use to expand your game. To redeem, add the reward item to your cart and apply your points at checkout. Our system will deduct the required points from your balance in exchange for the reward. (If our online checkout doesn’t automatically apply the reward, you can contact us with your account email and we’ll help process your redemption.)

• Point Redemption Values: Below is a chart of the available rewards and how many points you need to spend to get them. (Think of it like spending your points instead of dollars.) We’ve replaced the old “Major Purchases” label with a clearer Point Redemption Values section:

(Point requirements are subject to change as the program grows, but we’ll always keep this table updated.)

• Using Your Reward: Redeemed rewards will be shipped to you just like a regular order. If you redeem a free Team Deck, you’ll get to choose the team/season and we’ll send it your way for free. Important: Reward redemptions cover the product cost only. You cannot use points to pay for shipping or taxes . Any applicable shipping fees or sales tax will need to be paid with regular payment at checkout. (If you combine a reward with a normal purchase in the same order, your paid items can still earn points, but the reward item will not.)

• No Partial Redemptions: Currently, points can only be redeemed in the specified increments for the reward items listed. We do not offer using points for a partial discount on a purchase – you must have enough points to get the entire reward item. Save up those points for the reward you want most!

• Reward Availability: All rewards are subject to availability. Team Deck options will depend on stock on hand (don’t worry – we have decks for all 30 teams and multiple seasons). If a reward becomes unavailable or out of stock, we’ll do our best to let you know and may offer a comparable alternative.

• Future Rewards: We plan to expand the rewards catalog in the future (think special edition cards, merchandise, or discounts on major purchases). We’ll update the program details when new rewards are added. So your points will only get more useful over time!

Program Rules & Conditions

• Membership Eligibility: The program is open to individual customers who are at least 18 years old. (If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should manage the account and purchases.) The program is intended for personal use by fans of Diamond Dice Baseball Game.

• One Account Per Person: Membership is limited to one rewards account per individual – each person should use a single email/account for all points. Multiple accounts by the same person are not allowed. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to combine or cancel them to maintain fairness .

• Points Have No Cash Value: Reward points are a promotional loyalty currency only. They cannot be exchanged for cash, have no monetary value, and are not transferable to others . You can’t sell or gift your points, and you cannot combine or transfer points between different accounts. Points are meant to reward you for being a customer.

• Non-Transferable & Personal Use: Points and rewards may not be transferred, gifted, or assigned to any other person or account . Likewise, any coupons or reward codes we provide are for your personal use only. We also do not allow groups, companies, or organizations to pool points – the program is for individual customers, not businesses or groups.

• No Fraudulent Activity: Any fraud, abuse, or attempts to game the system (such as creating multiple accounts or placing fake orders to earn points) is strictly prohibited. If we suspect such activity, we may suspend or cancel your membership and void any points or rewards earned through it. (Play fair – just like we’re on the honor system at the ballpark!)

• Purchases That Don’t Qualify: Nearly all products in our store earn points. However, any portion of a purchase paid with reward points will not earn points (no double-dipping on rewards) . Additionally, certain special items (like gift cards, if we offer them) or heavily discounted clearance items might be excluded from earning points. (We’ll note any exclusions on those items if they arise.)

• Points on Returns/Refunds: If you return an item or receive a refund/credit for a purchase, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance (since you didn’t ultimately spend those dollars) . Similarly, if you cancel an order before it ships, the points for that order will be revoked from your account.

• Returning Reward Items: Items redeemed with points cannot be returned or exchanged for points or cash . Once you use your points to get a free reward, that redemption is final. (Of course, if a reward item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with it, contact us – we’ll work to make it right. But change-of-mind returns on free reward items aren’t allowed.)

• No Liability for Technical Errors: While we strive to ensure every purchase is properly credited, DDBG takes no responsibility for technical errors (e.g. website glitches or network issues) that result in points not being credited to your account . If you notice a discrepancy in your points, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase with details (like your order number). We will gladly investigate and adjust your balance if appropriate.

• Program Modifications: Diamond Dice Baseball Game reserves the right to change or end the rewards program (or any of its terms, rewards, or point structures) at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice . If we make major changes or discontinue the program, we’ll do our best to inform members via email or our website. (If the program were ever to end, we would provide a reasonable period for you to redeem remaining points.)

• Point Expiration: Points do not expire as long as the DDBG Rewards Points Program is active. We want you to be able to save up for big rewards at your own pace. However, we reserve the right to introduce a point expiration policy in the future if needed (for example, if accounts remain inactive for an extremely long period). Any such change would be communicated in advance.

• Errors & Adjustments: If there’s an obvious mistake in the points awarded or advertised (for instance, a product mistakenly offering an unusually high number of points), we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust your points to the proper amount. We’ll inform you if any such adjustment is necessary.
